Top 10 Reasons Why Facility Evaluation/Audit Clients Love Pied Piper

  1. We know how to run facility evaluation programs; but equally of importance; we know how to avoid problems. The motor vehicle industry is full of surprises for the unsuspecting, with laws and practices unlike those anywhere else in the world—we know how to prevent those surprises from becoming our client's problem. We know what challenges to anticipate and how to head-off problems before they occur.

  2. Our program managers facility evaluation experience second to none. No one else even comes close. Our program managers have personally carried out and managed hundreds of facility evaluations-- including in-depth, aftersales surveys, for many different clients. They know what to expect from dealers, and know how to finish facility evaluation projects accurately, efficiently, and on-time.

  3. No one else takes evaluator training as seriously as we do. The result is unequalled consistency and accuracy from evaluation to evaluation and dealership to dealership. Results that our clients can stand behind with confidence. How do we do it? For every facility evaluation project, we start by developing and producing our own comprehensive 100+ page Sourcebook™ and work with the client for in-person, on-site or remote training. Both sources of training are created specifically for the unique needs of each client's program.

  4. Our facility evaluators have the "presence" appropriate to represent a client and interact with top retailer management. We all know that retail world can be challenging to the "uninitiated," who without respect of retailer employees may be unable to complete their assignment accurately; or even worse, may harm a client/retailer relationship. Our facility evaluators already have an established track record working with retailers, and retailers will accept all our evaluators as appropriate to be carrying out such a project for our client. Our facility evaluators stay with Pied Piper year after year.

  5. Our facility evaluators not only have retail evaluation/audit experience, but they are trained to be more precise. Retail experience is not difficult to find, but to succeed as a precise facility evaluator; the evaluator must be accustomed to the high level of accuracy and detail orientation demanded by our facility evaluation programs. Not only are our facility evaluators experienced with retailers, they have already proven to be extremely detail oriented and precise through multiple projects.

  6. We are not a research vendor moonlighting as a facility evaluation vendor. We exist to help our clients improve the omnichannel performance of their retailers. That's what we are all about, and our staff experience reflects the fact that this is an area of expertise and competence for us; not an off-shoot of some other business practice.

  7. Accuracy is a given for Pied Piper projects. How can we be so confident? We train our evaluators much more than anyone else; expert assistance is available to our evaluators at any time; and we have designed our evaluation systems with built-in precision and simplicity. Our approach takes much more effort up front (we invested up-front in our proprietary FacilityRatings.com web application, and are the only ones who bother to create professional training videos and comprehensive Sourcebook™ for our evaluators), but repays us with evaluation accuracy second to none.

  8. More photography. Pied Piper's in-house web application will have no issue supporting the volume and quality (at least 1080kb in size) of photos required for our clients. Along with the required photos, our approach calls for evaluators to capture an additional number of photos for every measurement (as applicable), also in high-resolution (minimum width of 2,000 pixels, equivalent to a 5" x 7" printed photo). These photos allow our quality control team to thoroughly review each and every measurement on each evaluation report to ensure the highest level of accuracy before publishing the results to our client, and ultimately the retailer.

  9. Superior quality control. Our quality control team typically spends thirty to sixty minutes reviewing an individual evaluation, keeping an eye out for extra details, such as point of purchase assets that are no longer current and are located in another area of the retailer than where the evaluator was expecting to find them.

  10. By choosing Pied Piper, our client gains flexibility for the future. We can provide an unmatched ability to offer our client the flexibility of the best solution going forward. Our software is flexible, which saves time and frustration for clients when circumstances change.
